Kaine for Virginia Raised $1.8 Million In Q3
Richmond, VA — Today, Kaine for Virginia announced raising $1.8 million in the third quarter of 2023, with $7.4 million on hand for Senator Kaine’s re-election campaign.
“Virginians know that Tim Kaine is a tireless advocate for critical issues like strengthening our economy, defending reproductive freedom, improving public schools, expanding access to affordable health care, and keeping our communities safe,” said Kaine for Virginia Campaign Manager Keren Charles Dongo. “With everything going on in the world right now, it is more critical than ever to elect devoted public servants like Tim Kaine who have track records of getting results. We’re proud to be building a team of grassroots supporters from across the Commonwealth, and we look forward to re-electing Senator Kaine so he can continue delivering for Virginia.”
In the third quarter, the average grassroots contribution was $38 and 91% of the campaign’s donors made contributions below $100. There were over 6,800 first-time donors to Kaine in the period.
